Despite the tightening race, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts has maintained a steady message. Speaking publicly, he downplayed concerns about San Diego’s surge and emphasized confidence within his clubhouse.

He emphasized that the Dodgers are focused on their own performance rather than external narratives.
